How It Works
This procedure uses a permanent filler called PMMA, which is an FDA approved facial filler for 20 years now, and has an excellent safety profile.

This filler stimulates natural collagen increase to the gluteal area, restoring curve and volume permanently.
Using a cannula technique just under the dermal skin, this procedure is far safer than surgical options. The new collagen gives curve to the upper half of the glutes and simultaneously lifts the lower half for an overall improved look.
Our before and after pictures (below) are treatments to the upper half buttock only, and the results are impressive.
Procedure & Recovery
The procedure is s simple filler placement using a cannula technique similar to getting facial filler. The entire procedure takes about 30 minutes to perform.

Afterwards, you can go home and resume most normal activity. Discomfort after procedure is mild the next day, often described as sore from an intense workout.

How long does this treatment last?
PMMA is a permanent filler. However, no part of the body stays the same 10 years later. Generally, this lasts 15 years or more. Similar to the duration of surgical BBL.

I’ve heard BBL surgery is among the highest risk ones. Does this carry similar risks?
No, because this is a simple skin treatment, it carries minimal risks. This filler has been used for decades, and is well known. We perform this in sterile fashion, using a cannula just under the skin so we do not risk involving arteries or large vessels. In contrast, BBL surgery carries risks of infection, fatal fat embolism, infection, deformity and other surgical dangers.

What are the possible complications of this procedure?
When utilizing filler, the main risk is asymmetry. It is possible to get a few bumps of heavier collagen build up. This procedure has very low rates of this, and so far none. This is because the area is constantly being moved and pressure placed on it, thereby keeping the filler evenly spread. Bumps can be resolved with steroid injection and any uneven aspects can be simply touched up with additional filler.

Are there any other factors that can affect the outcome?
Weight gain or loss could impact this procedure. It is recommended to be at a stable weight. Substantial weight loss or weight gain can alter the tissues around the treated areas, possibly creating asymmetry that would resolve once the previous weight was achieved.
What is the cost of Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) Surgery compared to this process?
